Plagued Matchmaking

It happens a lot where i will try to play rivals or champions and the other player will let the time run out, i noticed that it will tell you the player left the lobby and all the players who have dont it have bot names.

I turned off cross-play matchmaking to be able to play a single game, and I get paired with bots who dont attempt to attack, they give the ball back, and they dont play at the level i should be seeing in div 6 in Rivals, and i have yet to see them attempt a shot, i also noticed they all have bot names for example: MJAWaY988. Or similar and it makes me mad that this would happen to me in EAFC24. If i dont see any progress on this i dont see why i would get FC26
