I have a beta for PC and the code given already shows redeemed 

Is there away of getting a new code but for ps5 as i dont know why it was given on pc as i dont use it and my primary console is PS5 

If not can you issue a new code or add it to my library

We're not able to grant codes for a different platform, unfortunately. You'll only be able to play on PC.

Can you look at my post it explains what i mean in alot of detail I just mean because the code didnt work on PC is there not a way when sending a new code to me to switch it to the ps5 version? Im not asking to switch a code im askindg when i get a new code to replace the one thats faulty 

I did as you suggested - full library - then owned - still not visible.  I entered the code - it verified the code - then took me to my home page - no download.

When I try to re-enter the code - says it has been redeemed.

Any suggestions after checking full library/owned?

Check to see which Xbox the code was made for. It's possible you received an Xbox One code when you're on Xbox Series S/X and vice versa.

The game is called LoremIpsum25_X1

What is happening when you try to generate a new code?

This worked - game is either called LoremIpsum25_XSX for and Xbox One Series X or S or LoremIpsum25_X1 if you have an Xbox One.

I keep getting a email saying the code has been redeemed when I havent redeemed it i literally have all this and screenshots on my post in my forum 

Ok here's what worked for me on Xbox Series X:

1. I had redeemed the code, and gotten the email confirmation for my "purchase," but the game was nowhere in my library
2. I opened the order in my Microsoft Account. Clicked on the game "EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Closed Beta"
3. That opened a bundle. One of the included games was "EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Closed Beta Xbox Series X|S." I clicked on that and it opened the game in the Xbox Store
4. When the game info opened, I added the game to my wishlist (heart icon)
5. On Xbox, I opened my store, went to my wishlist, and opened the game there. It said I owned it, so I was able to Install from that screen

I am having the exact same problem. 

Enter code, says it worked, no download. Now code is 'redeemed'

My code is for the correct platform - just does not work
