3 months agoHey ss_abuhaimed Please remember to log out of your account on the web app after finishing your session. Wait at least 20 minutes before checking your account on the console. Additionally, clear the cache data on your web browser and restart your console. Make sure to log out of any other profiles on your console as well.

I DID WHAT YOU TOLD ME HERE, BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS UNTIL I DELETED THE TRUSTED DEVICES FROM THE EA HELP WEBSITE, BUT TO NO AVAIL.
