Squad battle bug

So here is an issue that I know is been experienced by many players, game crashes mid game 3-0 freeze then goes to main Home Screen on Xbox, happened a lot in last 4 weeks losing valuable points and intail losing coins and packs now I know to ea that’s nothing but if I pay 3500 fc points and pull a 92 rated haaland I would get compensated however right now ea just said to me wait and we will sort it but low rated players like us get nothing for what we have lost and I then get told no compensation so if I spend hundreds on the game I get compensated for huge packs but as it’s not part of a paid product I basically get told no nothing and just wait that’s it

    Yeah good luck getting an answer. I’ve been actively asking for a response for a while now with no luck.

    Been having the same thing happen to me. This is the worst iteration of this game ever made. Shameful from EA.

    3 games played tonight only 1 game fully completed 

    1st game lost connection but Xbox still fully connected with 623mb 

    2nd game froze out and back to Xbox Home Screen 

    this game has to be the worst game ea has had the audacity to actually release. I will most certainly not be partaking in fc26 that’s for sure

    It’s a regular occurrence and has been flagged by many people already. They can’t seem to identify a fix for it. Players have been trying to figure out workarounds, but they don’t always seem to help. Even after reinstalling the game it still happens. 
    Sad state of affairs if the dev team has no understanding of the core game code etc

    Would be a start if they even acknowledged it. This ignoring paying customers day after day is ridiculous.

    Ignoring the community and blaming them seems to be part of their community management policy
