Wrong ban for .... ??? who knows

Hello,  I received a funny email today after finishing my LIVE challenges that "Your account has been banned from EA SPORTS FC™ online access". I do not know the reason even. I did get FC 25 like 2 ...

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

I reported someone for being racist on the game and your reply was 'we have taken no action' it's companies like you that make kids think they can get away with anything. You are disgusting
