As the title says - I can’t now get the 15 play rewards because of DC that from watching a stream multiple people got - surely there will be a fix for this? I have video proof of the DC as well.
I was in my 15th game. I won 5-0. The game ended. As it was bringing up the match facts it said DC and booted me back to the menu. It was 20 minutes after the content time so there was high server traffic. I tried to open ultimate team for 10 minutes and I got errors from EA saying there was higher server traffic and couldn't log in. After I was able to log in it said my previous game was a DNF, causing me to not get the 15 play objective. I finished the game. I didnt get the objective because of EA, nothing I did wrong. Grant me the reward as any company would
