All carreer save files are gone

Dear EA Team,

I launched FC 25 and logged in with my saved score like always. Suddenly a had the 1st time cutscene and all my career mode saves are gone. I checked the files on my pc and they were non existent. I restarted the game and the EA App. The EA App said I should wait 5 minutes there are some problems with my saves. I waited and started it again. Same save file but still no Carreer mode saves. Cloud synchronisation is active. I read on different websites there was the same issue a few months ago after an update. Please solve this problem and give me back my carreer mode saves.
