Become Immortality 91-92 evolution bugged

Hi! So I have been doing the become immortal evo and I finish the objectives but when i am trying to upgrade my evo, it won’t let me upgrade my tonali to 91-92 become immortal because it says I already did it when my tonali was only a 90 ovr at the time which was yesterday. I don’t understand how I could mess that up when I was doing the evo in the order it was released. I need help by EA to hopefully get compensation and receive a 91-92 become immortal evo so I can finish the evo.
