Big delay when playing online

How can EA be so incompetent. I did not pay money for this game only for it not to be playable because of how big the delay is when playing online. Dribbling, doing skills or even defending are impossible with this type of delay. Even more frustrating is that i doubt all my opponents also have this delay that I have and it is just unfair losing because of a disadvantage EA cannot take care of. And do NOT even think of saying this is an internet problem as this is the first ever fifa to have this problem and I never have lag on any other game.
