blank white screen!
When entering the online parts of the game, a "blank white screen" appears for a few moments, then the familiar error message "you have lost your online connection..." The internet and PlayStation Network servers are fine.

I have the same problem since yesterday. Did you find the solution?

It looks like there are some others experiencing this as well. I'm gathering information in this thread so we can get an investigation started. Can you add yours to it?
The problem was not resolved with mobile data and its hotspot connection.

As a test, try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Make sure you power cycle your console again after making the switch. Let me know what happens.

Thank you for your attention and response. I did steps 1 to 3 but unfortunately the problem is still not resolved. Should I try clearing cache and rebuilding the database to see if it works?

Hello. Let's go through some troubleshooting to see if we can get this fixed. First, try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
