Can’t redeem a gold pack
The last pack I opened had inside another pack, but this time the game crash and the app crash when I try to redeem

It looks like you opened a duplicate thread for the issue where you can't open packs. We are currently working on a fix and you can find the main thread for this issue here.
You can follow that thread to receive updates about this issue. In the meantime, I'll close this duplicate thread.
