Cant control player in Rival/online matches

Question

I just start playing online match ( ultimate team) in recent week, and it so frustrated that something when playing rival or any online match your player just freezed, you cant control or anything.

I am using PC. I already try some solution like turn off/ enable overplay setting both on EA apps and Steam, nothing works. Sometime you can control again after an opponent score a goal. sometime it stuck and u have to shut down the game.

I am using a wired Keyboard, so it not about controller/Bluetooth/wifi connection. I have been playing offline career mode since release and nothing happened like this. online online matches. Squad battle are also fine.

this is getting really frustrating, not sure if people are hacking or not? it happened more when I was winning, I was wining 3-0 to get promote and then the freeze happened .....&nbsp;

Yup same thing happening to me. All controls stop working, opponent scores and wins or i get kicked. I've tried everything. EA need to fix their **bleep**ty game. Happens at random points mid match
