Cant control player in Rival/online matches

I just start playing online match ( ultimate team) in recent week, and it so frustrated that something when playing rival or any online match your player just freezed, you cant control or anything. 

I am using PC. I already try some solution like turn off/ enable overplay setting both on EA apps and Steam, nothing works. Sometime you can control again after an opponent score a goal. sometime it stuck and u have to shut down the game. 

I am using a wired Keyboard, so it not about controller/Bluetooth/wifi connection. I have been playing offline career mode since release and nothing happened like this. online online matches. Squad battle are also fine.
