Why can't I get onto the servers the game freezes at where the pre order was after clicking into the game.

I am facing this problem recently. I have no problem with the connection issue. But when the connection establishes then the screen gets black with some text popping up. I have tried every ways to fix this issue. But none of them worked. Now EA please solve my problem 🙏
Strange workaround solution but works.
1. disconnect from the internet (wifi/cable)
2. start the game
3. when reacing to the main screen (when you choose careed / ultimate etc.) - connect the internet (wifi / cable)
When you press X on the FC 25 screen, quickly press again to cancel the online connection, then just click ultimate and reconnect.

This is a meantime issue the only way to play is in offline mode so you can play manager mode
