Can't even get into the servers- getting stuck on the black disclaimer screen

Hello can you please tell me how u solved this issue 

If u want to play on PC the steps:

1. Earn the main screen where u select your account(do not enter)
2. If u are in the account select screen, turn off your wifi or unplug your Lan cable (RJ45, internet cabel or what ever u call)
3. Now if u are turned off your wifi or unplugged your Lan cable(RJ45, internet cabel or what ever u call) u can enter your account. With this method you will be launch the game offline.
4. When you are inside the menu(Ultimate team, Clubs, Manager mode ETC.)turn on the wifi or plug the cable back. 
5. After u turned on wifi or plugged back the Lan cable select Ultimate team and you will be succesfully reconnect to the servers

The menu stuck in the EAFC 26 promo. cannot proceed with the menu and cannot do anything. 

Hello, can someone help me with the bug that happened to me. i've done launching the FC25 like usual, but suddently this img below appear. I can't see my Main Menu. BTW i did re-install the app. any suggestion ? Thankyou so much.

I could log in when i started the game in admin mode

remove the internet cable and open the game, after opening connect the cable back. a temporary solution until they resolve it ✌🏻
