I open the ea FC 25 game on my PS5, then I open Ultimate Team mode and as soon as I press on "Rivals" to have a match, the game shuts off and the screen shows a message while closing the app, saying that there has been an error. Countless times I've tried to restart also the Ps without solving the problem.
I'm playing on PS5 and im experiencing the same issue. If you open rivals it automatically crashes, the moment you wanna go see your squad it crashes. EA is ripping us off we didn't buy this game to get such poor service
I'm dealing with the customer service since monday and tried all the solutions the suggested me resulting in no resolution of the problem. This is quite problematic.

Same here since friday. I go in the game press ultimate sometime load or sometime i get atuck in the loading screen. Go on rival or champs it show me a measage. I’ve done everything restart, delete the game , restart router since friday.
