Can't invite pc friend but pc friend can invite me

I (XBOX SERIES S) tried to invite my friend (PC) because we wanted to use my team in rivals, I can't find his nametag on my coop list when I try and invite him, however when I go to the friends list ...

Having this exact same issue in June 2026, it’s ridiculous! has been working all year and suddenly this glitch has happened and my console friends can’t invite me.
