Can't sign in
cant play online , everytime i sign in it sends me to the verification code screen , when i apply the verification code it does not let me click continue no matter how many times i press it, im on xbox series x

Hey heypunk7 Turn off the console, unplug the power cable, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This will clear the cache data. Test any other EA title on your console, even a free game like Apex, just to see if that will work.
If you have multiple accounts on your console, log out from any other profile before continuing. just tried it, still doesnt let me sign in and verify my account 😔

Are you experiencing the same error with other EA titles as well? Which games have you tried?
Have you tried switching controllers or turning it off and on again to see if that resolves the issue on the screen? Please also disconnect any other devices from your Xbox.
