cant start ea sports fc 25 on ps5

When I try to start the game, my PlayStation just says there's something wrong with the game and gives me error code CE-108255-1 and I've tried everything PlayStation suggests.

this seems like a deeper issue, reinstalling the game doesnt seem like it would help

I wanted to know what you've tried so far so we don't repeat those steps. Just let me know if you've done any of this. First, rebuild the database and clear the system cache with the instructions here.
