Constant lagging ingame

I have a PC and a laptop and I wanted to remote play the game from my PC to my laptop (my game is from Steam) and when I tried to, it didn't work. I got a message saying: "Some features have been disabled in the EA app" but it was only on my PC and I didn't have this problem on my laptop. The next day magically everything was fixed after I messsaged EA support and I hadn't done anything (I think it was fixed somehow because I couldn't play for 3 days straight and right after I wrote, it got fixed) But when I started playing again after this happened, my game was freezing and lagging every 2 to 3 seconds. It's not from my connection nor my parts nor my drivers because it works fine (like before) on my laptop which is on the same network and is less powerfull than my PC. Last time I wrote to EA support they advised me to delete some "corrupted files" from the game settings, I did it and it got a little better. I got laggs for like every 10 seconds. I tried to reinstall it twice but it still does not work. What can I do so I can enjoy my game on my PC again?
