Constant Packet loss and connectivity issues

For a while now I have been suffering with terrible packet loss and connectivity issues during all online game modes. I know I am not the only player dealing with this but in most games I can see that my opponent isn't playing with the same handy cap I am. The game is edging on unplayable and I feel my time/money could have been better invested elsewhere. I do not understand how the game can go from so smooth and enjoyable during Team of the Year to this shambles. I do not experience this issue in any other game I play and my connection is stable with around 20 ping in just about any game of Rivals, Champions or Friendlies. Personally I feel EA need to reinvest the 38BN it is worth on making the game more playable for the consumer than a marketing team creating different packs for us to buy. subsequently you will find that players who have a better gameplay experience will invest their money back into the game.
