Disconnected/lost game coins and incorrect forfeit reported on FC25 PS5

I get disconnected during some games, and sometimes after finishing a match, the game keeps loading and doesn’t display the results page. When I disconnect to restart the game/console as a way to treat this error, the game tells me I disconnected/forfeited game and will result my account not to accumulate full coins, the server is facing issues, can you help?
