EA app issue

My ea app takes too long to launch the game after which everything works perfectly fine except I recieve a very high ping around 250+ ms on the same network I have been playing for 4 months at 20 ms ping.

Suddenly since 2 days these problems have raised.

I have tried re installaing ea app, repair ea app, verified the game files and also checked for all driver updates. Still these 2 issues persist.
