EA Play Subscription – FC 25 10-Hour Trial Not Working
Today I purchased an EA Play subscription, mainly to access the advertised 10-hour trial for FC 25. Unfortunately, after subscribing, I was not granted access to the full trial. Every time I launch the game, it still only opens the limited Showcase version.
I contacted EA Support, but they told me they see no issue on their end and claimed that the trial has already expired - despite the fact that I’ve only spent around 1 hour in the restricted showcase version, and not even a minute in the actual 10-hour trial version.
Support advised me to post here for further assistance and possible compensation, as they couldn’t resolve the issue.
I’m frustrated and disappointed. I’ve spent hours in front of my console trying every suggested workaround with no success. Meanwhile, the subscription fee has been charged to my account, yet the service I paid for remains unavailable.
I kindly ask for this issue to be addressed as soon as possible.
