EA server issue…

Hello, I’ve been trying to connect back onto the servers so I can play UT after the server threw me off mid game a couple days ago. Since then, all I’m seeing is the attached message - I’ve checked my account and that’s not been reported or banned, my connection to every other game I play is fine and there’s no problem with my router’s download/upload speed. 

I’m unsure what else I can do and after paying for the new season pass, this is now wasting that as well which I’m not happy about. Is there anything else I can do? This is the first time I’ve had this issue since the game came out. Thanks
