Eafc25 ultimate team connection issues

I have this issue as well...here is my info

Platform: pS5

Region: US(Texas)

Error message: can not connect to ultimate team server

Game modes affected: ultimate team

Name of your Internet provider: Starlink

Recent timestamp (date, time, timezone): 9/18/2025 , 9:18PM Central

And I have a case open at this time. Please address my case. Thank you. 

Same, im on PS5 and been about the same time. 9/12 when it started kicking me out.  Or saying ir cant connect to servers smh

I’m from Arizona as well using COX internet 

I have same problem from Sep 12  , I’ve done everything but still same 

I gave my account to my friend in Europe and he opened my ultimate team from there with no problem 

but here I got this message all the time 

Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will, now be returned to the Main Menu.

I got this issue from Sep 12 until now on both UT 25 and UT 26

Same issue here. Also Arizona, US. Also Cox. Started a week ago on Friday Sep 12 and has now continued in UT 26.

I am having the same issue in Phoenix.  Cox is my ISP and cannot connect only to Ultimate team in FC 25 and now 26.

I am having this exact issue on PS5. If it does go through after minutes of waiting it's unusable, slow menus, can't play games. I have tried everything, even calling my isp and there are no issues on their end. This is happening in FC 25 and FC 26. First time this has ever happened. I have an open request but no answers yet. I tried accessing with hotspot and it goes through but ofc it's not viable.

Same tried everything now I’m getting banned cause they think I’m quitting games in new fc26 lol 😂. This is trash it’s 2026 and still have connection issues . Ffs
