Error communicating with FUT servers

I’m able to log onto ultimate team and do sbcs but whenever I try to play any game modes I’m getting an Error connecting to football ultimate team server and kicked out of the game mode. Is there any way to correct this?

    Hi there. Try creating a new lineup and use that one instead. If that doesn't help, try changing your arena. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

    Game won’t even let me save a changed team anymore to try this out

    Can you change your lineup in the web/companion app?

    Are you on the same network as your console? If so, can you switch both your console and mobile device to use a mobile hotspot so you're on the data connection? This is just a test so we can try a different network than your home connection.

    I play on PC, so tried both the game and the Companion App on PC.
    Switched to mobile hotspot and was greeted by a perpetual loading screen on Companion App.

    Tried numerous times (wired LAN connection - 700 MBPS) to get through on FC 25. Got through once, played a Rush game. Started another, and this is what I got.


    Clearly, there's some bug. Can we get to the root of that already?

    Edit: I've just gotten a DNF penalty for this. Just great.

    Can you have your PC use the mobile hotspot to see if it will connect? You should also restart your PC after changing connections.
