fc 25 not opening

I can't enter both online and offline game modes. There is a screen before the main menu of the game opens and my game freezes there and does not progress. I can't enter the menu either. I have made all the updates on my computer. All of my systems are suitable for playing the game, but I can't play the game even though I paid money.
