Fc25 connection problem

I let a friend, who regularly plays FC25 and has no connection issues on his account, check my account. As soon as he logged into my EA account, the same error that I’ve been getting popped up. When he switched back to his own account, everything worked fine again. So it seems like the issue is with the EA app or my account.

I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

    Thank you for running that test. You have a huge amount of packet loss. Please contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. This is not coming from our servers or the game.
