fc25 crash after splash screen

when i try open the game it crashs after splash screen and its not even giving me a crash report it just get closed directly. i deleted and installed again the game, anti cheat and ea app but they didint work for me. i also tried start game as administator but this didint work too idk what else i can do my cpu and gpu is good enough to play game.

    Welcome to EA Forums, thanks for posting. Check the items below, particularly no.2:

    1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
    2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
    3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files
    4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game 
    5. Check your machine meets the below requirements: 

    Minimum

    • OS - Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
    • Processor(AMD) - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
    • Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i5 6600k
    • Memory - 8GB
    • Graphics Card(AMD) - RX 570
    • Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 1050 Ti
    • Direct X - 12
    • Online Connection Requirements - 512kbps
    • Hard Drive Space - 100 GB

    hello thanks for replying. i tried all of them but didint work. after trying 100 times later iopened game (idk how it happend randomly) but still i cant open again. i got a crashdump file but now i dont know how to attach this to ticket for customer support.
