Fc25 faults

There is a pack to redeem, I have redeemed it but never received it? 
there is so many people cheating that they won’t get fix! 
there is sbc’s that you never receive! 
You get a notification on fc25 and then your message symbol Goes to -11? 
fc25 has so many bugs and won’t get sorted it’s just getting worse and worse
