FC25 PS5 India - not connecting to Ultimate Team

Hi EA Support, I'm not able to connect to Ultimate team from April 1st. My connection is fine, playstation network is signed in and other games are working fine. Getting the same error message, after like 10 mins in loading the main menu, I receive an error message entering into Ultimate team. It's been 4 days, have missed on rewards, evolutions and objectives. Attached screenshot of error message.

  • Same here in Singapore. Yesterday and today. Thursday after the weekly update it still worked. 
    I’ve managed to get through 2 times. It doesn’t seem to want to connect. 

    Often I don’t even get your error message. Mostly it just runs dead. 

  • praduv0809 Are you able to login using web or companion app?
    Have you done internet connection changes on router or on console settings? May be reset everything and try again.

    Not able to login to the companion app as well. Tried the reset thing, even uninstalled and re-installed but doesn't work.

    I tried, it didn't work. Reached out to Ask EA help, it's giving generic answers and pushing to the Forums.
