FC25 Won’t Launch After Latest Windows Update (Steam + EA App Error)

Hello, I've been getting this error since this morning. (6 hours)

Can anyone help me resolve it?

The error is due to a new Windows update. I've uninstalled two updates (since August 30th) and have now been able to launch the game.
