Fifa25 suddently stopped working

My little brother was cassually playing Fifa25, took a break and when he came back... Game broke.

When game boots up only background shows, then everything starts flickering. You can see some text flying across the screen but no options show. 

I tried to help him but nothing worked. We reinstalled it 3 times and searched a good chunk of internet looking for an answer.

I have attached a video to this post, I anyone know what is going on please help, my brother has been crying his eyes out and i'm slowly losing it.
