Can we talk to someone who understands networking, please?
FC 25 on PS5. Im having the exact same issue. Nothing wrong with ISP or my network. First time this has happened. As soon as u try to connect it says You have lost online connection. Check your home network... Several days been like this.
Every other PS game works fine. !!!!!!
I have multiple internet connectiona (different ISPs) and none work.
I can confirm 3 of my friends have same problem
Where are you trying to connect? Is it when trying to load into Ultimate Team?
Gameplay is still awful. Players feel as though they're running in a few feet of mud. There's huge delay in matches.
EA_Aljo After downloading the update tonight I've had the "unable to connect to EA servers" message when in Store and assigning players from pack, less than 15 minutes after starting game.
Exited game, rebooted, restarted FC25 and played a squad battle. 3-0 up on Legendary level after 35 minutes, in match "unable to connect to EA servers" message again, 2500+ pts lost. Can't even complete the daily play objective with this issue!
I ran packloss tests via command prompt yesterday, 12 separate tests of 1000 pings, each randomly between 5-15 minutes after previous test between 9 and 11 pm UK time. NOT A SINGLE PACKET LOSS. Ping did drop from average 10ms 87 times out of 12000, mainly to 14 or 16, couple of occasions as low at 28.
I'm no IT/networking expert but I do no about testing systems. Everything I've done indicates that issue lies either with the game, or more likely with how the connection protocols for data transfer are setup. Are there specific types of LAN connection ports that mess this up?

I have been advised to post in this thread with a shared shot from my Connection Quality Report Match history to find out why my gameplay experience is as detailed in these threads (In summary: Heavy, laggy, difficult to play, and full of issues relating to overanimation and mechanics, and what feels like a form of desync or mismatch between myself and my opponent):

I have made various tweaks to my router and console to make sure that the internet traffic for my console is prioritised and for stable DNS and such like, which are suggested in connection advice guides.
gameplay has been super muddy after update. I can’t seem to turn without taking heavy touches. I can’t even defend.
unplayable since last patch every animation takes 2 seconds to start its so laggy unenjoyable
They won't reply. As soon as something doesn't fit the script, they run off. I've been trying to call out the server issues for months. None of the staff here engage with those sorts of complaints. I suspect they're performance reviewed based on tickets closed, so they just do the easy ones.
