I just chated with EA. They assured me that they would help me solve the problem. Which I don't really believe, considering what we've seen in this community for years.
In the past, we would talk to an assistant and they would solve the problem right away. Now they hide behind these support portals that have a lot of stuff but in practice are useless.
I'm about to uninstall this game. When there's competition, maybe I'll see if they felt pressured to change anything.
