Game breaking bug, unable to play on PS5 due to crashing on startup

There is a visual bug with the new fut birthday evolutions, I currently have a callum wilson player item in the 50k coin striker evolution, and upon reaching level 5, there is a visual loading glitch with the item that when it hits my screen, crashes my entire game kicking me to the dashboard, I have submited multiple error reports, but the bug has left me completely unable to play ultimate team or load my squad, any help appreciated!
