Game Disconnecting frequently and count a loss

EA, this is not acceptable

my internet is fine working i was playing champs suddenly game freezes and shows you lost the connection...and count a loss wtf ?
i clipped the match #refer video in attachment section..

this is ruining brain of every fifa fan..seriously.

Hey there. Let's go through some troubleshooting to see if we can find out why you keep disconnecting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
