Game doesn't open past anticheat screen

I recently got a free month of  EA Play so i decided to give the game a try with the 10 hour trial, but it doesn't seem to open past the anticheat splash screen no matter what i do. I've done every single troubleshoot I could find and nothing has worked. It just reopens the ea app as if I didn't do anything. It also seems to only be an issue on this specific pc with this account. My brother can log in and load the game just fine on my pc. It also loads on my laptop which can t run the game with more than 10 fps but it at least opens. 

The only time I've gotten it to load past the splashscreen is when I go offline on the Ea app and start the game. It loads up but only lets me play offline or "upgrade" even though i should have access to the full game for at least 10 hours

Anybody have this issue or know a fix? I feel like it may have something to do with this "showcase" version they added
