Issue openning the game

Hello guys,

A friend of mine is having a problem opening the game. This problem started to happen suddendly, from one day to another.

The problem is "very simple" he just clicks on the "Play" button on Steam, the EA Play app opens, but the game don't.

We already tried to:

1. Uninstall and Install the game;
2. Close and open the EA Play and Steam several times;
3. Opening the game directly via EA Play;
4. Opening the game directly via "steamapps" folder;
5. Repair the archives integrity;
6. We also updated the drivers.

Someone had the same issue and know how to fix this? We have a group of 7/8 friends and he is the only one who's having this trouble... and we want to continue playing the Clubs mode.
