gameplay is stuttering every few seconds

Question

I've had this issue for months now but even with upgrading my pc and sorting out my settings it's still here it makes the game unplayable and not even enjoyable i lose most games now because of this issue

I will try to attach a file showing the stuttering,

pc specs

rtx 4060, ryzen 5 9600x, 32gb ddr5 ram and over 3tb storage

if you know how to fix this issue please put down below i have attached the file its only a 30 second clip but u can see it happen towards the end

Same here, I have tried many many configs that I saw on internet, none was resolutive in fact. The only that helped a little was putting the game in windowed mode no borders.

Same problem here. Still waiting for EA to start making something to this stuttering problem. Some days it is unplayable, some days its like you have in that video. Got worse after every update they got out this season. It is amazing how terribly unoptimized game they have launched, or **bleep**ty servers (or both). Still one thinks that they came here and respond in these forums or try to solve their problems.
