Haven't been able to connect to EA servers for weeks

The same issue has occurred to me twice this year now. I noticed that changing my connection on my console from my WiFi Router to my phone's hotspot gave me the ability to log on, but since the new season, my hotspot no longer lets me get in. It doesn't make sense that their is absolutely no option to get help on the EA Help site, except for broad standing issues or the ability to communicate with a useless AI.
