I Didn't get Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition on steam (PC)

I purchased the EAFC 26 Ultimate Edition on steam which includes the Premium Season Pass 

I clicked Redeem Ultimate Edition in the Steam I did got the all point's

but still no Premium Season Pass   

I’ve already tried Resetting the game & Change language to English and Other languages 

nothing worked and i talked with EA help chat and Their response was :

its have been more than a week now nothing happened even after several updates !!!
