I got none of my champs packs, and the rewards that came with it

I got disconnected from champs in the 12/13th game meaning I was unable to get the rewards from the objective " Play 13 Win 13". I also received none of my rewards from champs and it's very frustrating,

The disconnection was at the end of the game just before the "match rewards" part, and i got disconnected. It didn't count towards the play 13 challenge therefore i missed out on the 1 of 5 pick. Considering the disconnection wasn't from me, it was from EA's side, surely i am entitled to compensation. I didn't even get the other rewards from the objective.

I contacted EA support and they told me to post a forum discussing it.
