I keep getting kicked to main menu after a game ends

Every game I play the game run smoothly as well as the menus. However, whenever the game ends when somebody quits the game or even if the game just finishes I get a notification saying there isn’t an issue connecting to ultimate team then kicks me to the main menu and once I load back in the game has counted as a DNF. it has done this numerous times over the past two days and I cannot play ultimate team or complete objectives and evolutions. I have completed the birthday cup, but then again it keeps kicking me after every win even losses to how can this be fixed?
