I ve won a ps tournament for a 1050 fc

I ve won a ps tournament for a 1050 fc points  its been a whole day and still didnt get it  and other 200 points from 1 week ago still didn t come to the account i ve contacted ea they told me to contact ps support and ps support just keep saying there is no available agents so if someone can help me I would be thankful.

    I played almost 33 tournaments got 6 cause of the internet 2nd place  just to buy the premium pass so Im actually so tired of this .
