issue getting into a game

Hey guys,

I have had this issue for weeks now and I just couldnt find any solution for it: Basically when I load into a game of Rivals I can select kits, check ping etc. but as soon as it moves on to the actual ingame part my screen goes black. It moves on to show the "1/2" icon on the left and from there on nothing happens. I have to close the game using Alt+F4.

Also: FUT Champions and Online Friendlies work almost perfectly fine, it happens once in a while in those modes. Rivals tho 9/10 times blackscreen.

What is it?? How can i fix this?? My graphics drivers are up to date, also GPU and CPU are nowhere near their limit, ive tested it all.
