Issue with Pro Clubs "Problem Getting Your Online Information" Error

Dear EA Support Team,

I am reaching out to report an issue I’ve been experiencing with FC 25 Clubs on PC. Every time I leave a Clubs game, I encounter an error message stating: "There was a problem getting your online information," which forces me to restart the game. After restarting, I have to join Pro Clubs again, and this cycle repeats every game.

Here are some important details to help diagnose the issue:

Platform: PC (Steam)

Internet connection: Stable (no issues with other online services)

Game status: Fully up-to-date

Drivers: All up-to-date

Steam version: Purchased via Steam

Other information: My brother, who plays on the same network and platform, does not face this issue.

Despite my internet being stable and everything on my PC being current, this problem persists. I’d greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this.
