It won't let me enter ultimate team in fc 25 and it won't let me enter the web

2 days ago I have a problem which is that it does not let me enter the ultimate team, I saw solutions that said to delete the squad from the app but it does not let me enter the app either, I restarted ea, changed the language (as some said), I deactivated cross-play (as some said), but none of this worked for me and I still have the problem, if anyone has a solution I would appreciate it, Regards
