Login trouble

I’ve recently just logged into FC 25 and I’m getting a login verification message and it’s sending a code to my email address but it ain’t showing up in my mail by this I can’t get into the game and play, I used to have an option where if I clicked circle on the verification page it would allow me to input another email and that worked fine but I can’t do that anymore it just pulls me out of the verification page and tells me I’m unable to gain online access. I haven’t been able to play fc 25 for about 2 months and I’m starting to lose hope on ever gaining online access to the game. When I go to my account settings on ea and try to change my email it just keeps saying try again later when I input the verification code from the new email if anyone can help I’d appreciate it.
