Login verification code - option removed

Hey it’s been 8 days since me and other people haven’t been able to play FC25 really because the option to put in a alternative email has been removed. I’ve had this account since 2017 but stopped playing for a while so I obviously lost access to my old EA email, everytime we wanna play anything to do with online the game makes us put in a verification code to verify our identity. But since the option to put in a alternative email has been removed the game sends a code to an email I don’t have access to… pls give me a solution or fix this.

I know I’m not the only one with this problem and the fact it’s been 8 days since I haven’t been able to play this game to its full extent is ridiculous from such a huge company…
